Loli was born in Munich, Germany, on Sept. 26, 1942, and passed away at her home in Hauser on Sept. 10, 2011. At the age of 11 she moved to the U.S. with her mother, Maria, father, Bill LaForce, and sister, Erika. Loli was raised in a military family that also included her sister, Linda, and brother, Bill. She was the loving mother of Gary Goodwin, Cathy Borghesi, and Jason Borghesi.

Besides a career with AT & T, she enjoyed sewing, knitting, crafts and especially gardening. After retirement she and her husband moved to Idaho from California so that she could grow her beloved Peones and live in the snow in the winter.

Loli is survived by her husband, Richard Borghesi, sons, Gary and Jason, sisters, Erika Raines and Linda Guzman, brother Bill LaForce, and many nieces and nephews. She was loved and will be missed by her family and many friends in Texas, California and Idaho.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16, 2011, at the Yates Funeral Home, Coeur d'Alene Chapel. A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011, at the Yates Funeral Home, Hayden Chapel.
