KVNI: Sold out and turned off

Coeur d'Alene Press | UPDATED 13 years, 4 months AGO

I can't believe that our radio station, KVNI, has sold out to ESPN! I have lived in this area for more than 35 years and always enjoyed the music that they played, especially the "Oldies." I turn the radio on to listen and sing along while I do chores and other tasks during the day and at night. Now there is a constant chatter, which is not something that a person can listen to and really relate to while doing other tasks.

Now I am afraid that I have turned to FM radio and station 101.1 for their songs. KVNI should realize that their audience is not one that listens for sports, 24-7! Please bring back the music and the fun times.
