LEWISTON - Megan Rockwell posted six kills, four blocks and three aces, helping the Sandpoint Bulldogs avenge an earlier season loss to the Lewiston Bengals with a 25-22, 25-14, 26-24 road win on Saturday.

"Megan had a big day, she was kind of the golden girl for the day," Sandpoint coach Karen Alsager said. "We played very vocal and never got down. We kind of had our new team spirit goal that we've been working on and it came through great."

Mackenzie Jones added 28 assists and 12 digs for the Bulldogs (7-6), and Hannah Neumann had a team-high seven kills.

Sandpoint hosts Lake City on Tuesday.

Allison Meehan had 10 assists for the Trojans. Jibby had two kills and Hill had two blocks. The three girls also tallied two aces apiece.

"There was a lot of good volleyball today," Garitone said. "There were some tough games between Post Falls and Colville."
