What is one of the most dreaded questions in our society today? What's for Dinner? Those three little words can cause nerves to frazzle, hearts to race a little faster and overall stress levels to soar. But never fear Chef At Your Door is here! You can relax and know that dinner is waiting to be heated and enjoyed at home.

As a single working mom I use to hate getting home from work after not seeing my children all day and then having to spend much of the little time I had to spend with them in the kitchen cooking dinner. However, I think it is extremely important to sit down as a family and share a meal. Studies show kids that share meals with their families are less likely to struggle in school and have a lower risk of obesity. That is what inspired me to start Chef At Your Door. I wanted to offer a convenient, cost effective solution for busy families, seniors and individuals to put healthy nutritious meals on their tables. Too many times due to a variety of reasons we turn to fast food, take out or prepackaged, processed foods; which results in further perpetuating the problem of unhealthy eating. Chef At Your Door offers nutritionally balanced home-style meals that are made from scratch using all natural ingredients. Meals are then frozen to preserve freshness and delivered to your home or business.

Chef At Your Door is a terrific way to put healthy nutritious meals on your table without having to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Everything is already done, all you have to do is heat and enjoy. This service is a fantastic solution to healthy eating for everyone from busy families to seniors or anyone else who does not want to or is unable to prepare meals.

We offer a variety of options to cater to many dietary needs such as diabetic, gluten free and vegetarian. Meals are priced so as to be affordable to most people. Family meals (4 servings) are $20 for meals with meat and $15 for vegetarian meals. Individual meals are $4 and $6.

We accept cash, check and credit cards. Soon we will be able to accept EBT cards and Medicaid. We also have gift certificates available. Gift certificates would be a wonderful gift ideas for new moms, people recovering from illness or injury, or who are experiencing some type of family crisis. Delivery is available free of charge with a minimum order within the immediate Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls and Hayden areas. Out-of-area delivery and even shipping is available for an additional fee.
