Carothers joins Keller Williams Realty Cd'A
Josh Carothers has recently joined the team of sales professionals at Keller Williams Realty Coeur d'Alene. Josh has more than 10 years' experience living and working as a Realtor in North Idaho assisting buyers and sellers.
Josh has recently served on the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors finance committee, and enjoys volunteering for the city parks and recreation coaching soccer.
Keller Williams Realty Coeur d'Alene specializes in residential, luxury, waterfront and commercial properties throughout the Inland Northwest.
The company has more than 100 associates with offices in Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint. Each Keller Williams Realty Company is independently owned and operated.
NIBCA appoints Stearns First Vice President
The North Idaho Building Contractors Association appointed Barry Stearns to First Vice President.
Stearns is a partner in, and general manager of, Timbered Ridge homes. Along with Jeremy Tripp, Timbered Ridge has been a leading builder of new residential homes on acreage since 2006. The company specializes in developing land/home packages.
Stearns has been involved in design and construction management for the company since 2010. He has an extensive background in both residential construction and in managing building supply distribution.
He has had an association with the NIBCA starting in 1995 and has been on the associate council from 1996 through 1998.
"We are very fortunate to have someone with Barry's experience in the industry providing our association with seasoned guidance," said Angela Erickson, NIBCA's president. "The timing is perfect as we continue to see increased energy and excitement related to the construction industry in North Idaho."
