MARDON RESORT - As mid-April rapidly approaches, spring is in the air. We are enjoying having some kiddos here at the resort this week with some schools having spring break. We have seen some nice trout from some of the April 1 opening lakes.
The Hampton Lakes have been reported to be pretty slow on opening day.
Hutchinson and Shiner are hot spots for early season bass and bluegill.
Lind Coulee walleye remain tough. This will change any day now with our changing weather. Don't miss the post spawn walleye bite. We are hearing the beginning action but it has only been fair to slow.
