Cause of fatal fire under investigation

MOSES LAKE - The victim of a Mar. 18 house fire died from smoke inhalation, and the cause of the fire is undetermined, Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones announced last Thursday.
On Mar. 21, Coroner Craig Morrison ruled the cause of victim Eric Puck's death was due to inhalation of products of combustion, and the cause was accidental.
Fire investigators are ruling the fire cause as undetermined, and have located the origin of the fire as the manufactured home's living room. Puck's body was found in the master bedroom of the home in the 5900 block of County Road J Southeast.
