U.S. Marshal round-up nets 13 felons

EPHRATA - A U.S. Marshals task force, which includes Grant County law enforcement officers, rounded up 13 wanted felons across Grant County on Wednesday, April 4.
Twelve members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Task Force spent the day in Grant County finding and arresting felons wanted on a variety of outstanding warrants.
The task force includes officers from the Grant County Sheriff's Office, Moses Lake Police Dept., Kennewick Police Dept., Benton County Sheriff's Office, Deputy United States Marshals from Tri-Cities and Spokane, and agents from the Washington Department of Corrections.
The following felons were caught by the task force and jailed:
- Tabitha A. Sanchez, 40, Moses Lake
- Danny R. Homer, 44, Moses Lake
- Dennis D. Camden, 48, Moses Lake
- Forest T. Lybbert, 25, Moses Lake
- Joseph A. Achten, 19, Soap Lake
- Corinne A. Fischer, 52, Moses Lake
- Richard N. Collins, 43, Moses Lake
- Glen D. Collins, 49, Moses Lake
- Shawndrae D. Huff, 33, Moses Lake
- Matthew A. Fredley, 34, Moses Lake
- Robert Hernandez, 21, Mattawa
- Longino Martinez Espindola, 27, Mattawa
- Shawn R. McLanahan, 41, Moses Lake

Boys and Girls Club logo allegedly used in Moses Lake scam
MOSES LAKE — Boys and Girls Clubs of the Columbia Basin officials are warning people that scammers apparently are using the club’s logo and claiming to be affiliated with the organization. The scammers allegedly were soliciting money door to door along Third Avenue early Tuesday afternoon.
