Noelia M. Sparrell, 41, Othello, was driving a 1995 Ford passenger car south on a private road Monday about 9 p.m. That is when she drove onto SR 26 and was allegedly struck by a 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier being driven south by Margarita L. Vazquez, 48, of Othello, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Sparrell and her passenger, 13-year-old Thalia M. Sparrell, were both reportedly injured and transported to Othello Hospital.

Vazquez was reportedly injured and taken to the same hospital, along with her passenger, 75-year-old Diego D. Vazquez.
