Kootenai County Sheriff
Friday
10:58 a.m.: Numerous aluminum transmission housings and cores with a total value of about $1,500 were reported stolen from a business located in the 5700 block of North Government Way in Dalton Gardens.
5:24 p.m.: Jewelry, artwork, power tools, a Colt handgun and other items with a total value of about $8,700 were reported stolen from a residence in the 6300 block of North Colfax Street in Dalton Gardens.
8:31 p.m.: A Panasonic stereo system, a TV, artwork and other items with a total value of about $1,000 were reported stolen from a mobile home in the 8500 block of North Cloverleaf Road in Hauser Lake.
Saturday
12:08 p.m.: Damages of $2,000 were reportedly done to a chain link fence at a business using the spur of the BNFS railway at East Diagonal Road near Rathdrum.
7:41 p.m.: A fuel tank, valve and clamp valued at about $1,000 were reported stolen from a business located in the 300 block of West Aqua Avenue near Coeur d'Alene.

John J. Marr, 56, Coeur d'Alene: Eight years determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time, credit for time served and $255.50 in fines for domestic battery with traumatic injury.
Kenneth Leu aka Kenneth J. Lew, 49, Coeur d'Alene: 10 years determinate penitentiary time, penitentiary suspended, $2,270.50 in fines, $100 restitution, driver's license suspended for five years and five years probation for diving under the influence.
