Former Royal resident Mary Messer passes on

ROYAL CITY - Mary Messer, formerly of Royal City, passed away peacefully at the age of 91 at her residence in Shoreline, Wash. on April 17, 2012.

Mary was a wife to husband Paul for 74 years, mother to 14 children: Isabelle, Barbara, Jerome, MaryAnn, Helen(deceased), Joseph(deceased), Michael, Ruth, Jane, Frances, Jacob, Julie, Paul, Paulette, and a grandmother to many grandchildren.

A memorial mass was held at St. Michael's Church in Royal City with burial at Royal Memorial Gardens in Royal City April 23, 2012.

Wife, mother, grandmother and friend, she was loved and will be missed more than words could ever say.
