Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington (the District) is acquiring easement rights for the Columbia to Rocky Ford 230 kV Transmission Line project.
Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington (the District) is acquiring easement rights for the Columbia to Rocky Ford 230 kV Transmission Line project. Negotiations to acquire easements across the properties described below have reached an impasse, therefore the District Commission is preparing to act on a resolution to authorize condemnation action. The final action meeting at which the District Commission as condemner will decide whether to authorize the condemnation of the property will take place at 1:00 PM, Monday, May 14, 2012, at 30 C Street SW, Ephrata, WA.
