County tax deadline April 30

Columbia Basin Herald | UPDATED 13 years AGO
| April 28, 2012 6:00 AM

EPHRATA – Grant County Treasurer Darryl Pheasant reminds taxpayers that real, mobile home and personal property taxes are due by April 30th.

If you are sending your payment by mail, Pheasant reminds you to make sure your envelope is postmarked on or before April 30 to avoid being considered delinquent.

Pheasant would like you to verify that all parcels that you intend to pay were included on your statements. Send the bottom left coupon of the statements if you are paying by mail for proper crediting.

If you have more than one coupon, you may make one check for the total taxes.  A drop box is set up inside the treasurer's office for  taxpayers who wish to drop off their tax payment and do not need a receipt.

The office will be open through noon time through April 30. You may review tax information regarding your parcel on grantcountyweb.com.  Click on Parcel Information to open TaxSifter.

For questions regarding your taxes, call 754-2011 ext 302.
