McAlpin-Dockins

Kevin and Jan Collins and Andy McAlpin are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Felicia Erin McAlpin to Taylor Scott Dockins, son of Brian and Cindy Dockins.

Felicia is a 2011 graduate of Eastern Washington University in dental hygiene. Taylor is a 2009 graduate of Boise State University in political science. Both are employed in Coeur d'Alene. The couple will exchange their vows Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, in Maui, Hawaii.

McCullough-Miller

Calvin and Leah McCullough of Hayden are please to announce the engagement of their daughter, Danielle Kay McCullough to Travis James Miller, son of Ron and Julie Miller of Plummer.

Danielle graduated from Lakeland High School in 2006 and Lewis-Clark State College in 2010. She is employed as a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston. Travis graduated from Lakeside High School in 2007 and is working on an accounting degree from Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston.

The couple will exchange their vows Saturday, July 14, 2012, at Farragut State Park.

Ayden James Self was born at 2:27 p.m. April 12, 2012, to Ashley Souza and Dillon Self. He weighed 7 lbs. 5 oz. and was 20.5 inches long.

MILITARY

Navy Seaman Apprentice Joshua T. Fletcher, son of Marlene J. Fletcher of Athol and Frank L. Fletcher of Carmichael, Calif., recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.

During the eight-week program, Fletcher completed a variety of training which included classroom study and practical instruction on naval customs, first aid, firefighting, water safety and survival, and shipboard and aircraft safety. An emphasis was also placed on physical fitness.

Navy Seaman Recruit Richard M. Maple, son of Holli L. Maple of Twin Falls and Andrew R. Reule of Plummer, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.

During the eight-week program, Maple completed a variety of training which included classroom study and practical instruction on naval customs, first aid, firefighting, water safety and survival, and shipboard and aircraft safety. An emphasis was also placed on physical fitness.

Maple is a 2011 graduate of Mountain View High School in Meridian.
