    Notice is hereby given that a Site Plan Review and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on 3/19/12 from Wahluke Wine Co., (Designated Contact: Jerry Milbrandt,  5314 Rd. U SW, Quincy, WA 98848); and were found to be technically complete on 4/24/12.   Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared.  This may be the only opportunity to comment on

the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures.  A copy of

the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request.  PROJECT:  To build a 150' x 150' (22,500 sq. ft.) steel warehouse for wine storage.  There are also plans for two additional 150' x 200' steel warehouses in the future.  There will also be a wine tank/barrel storage area. ZONING:  Urban Light Industrial. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT:  This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with the Grant County Code, International Building Code and International Fire Code.  LOCATION: The project is located on the Port District No. 3 of Grant County Industrial Park, on Rd. 24 SW just west of Hwy 243. The property is located in a portion of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, S. 34, T. 15 N, R. 23 E, W. M., Grant County, Washington; (Parcel #31-3508-000).
