'Fill Your Honey Pot' event planned at Babb business

Glacier County Honey Co. will host its first “Fill Your Own Honey Pot Day” on Saturday, Aug. 11, at 71 West Shore Road near Babb on the outskirts of Glacier National Park.
The public is invited to tour the honey extracting plant, watch beeswax candles being poured and fill their own containers with raw, natural honey. Each guest can purchase various amounts of honey, with a limit of 60 pounds per person. Cash or checks only are accepted for payment.
Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
To get to Glacier County Honey Co., turn north on Montana 464 (also called Duck Lake Road) in Browning and go about 30 miles. Turn right onto West Shore Road between mile markers 30 and 31. After you cross the cattle guard, take the first left at the Glacier County Honey Co. sign.
