Life Boy Scout Patrick Faulkner with Troop 71 addresses the Libby School Board on Monday seeking permission to renovate the pavilion at the former Asa Wood School. The project helps hone a Scout’s leadership talents as he must arrange funding, volunteers and then oversee the project. Board members Amy Fantozzi and Les Nelson are also pictured. The board unanimously approved the project.
