Daily Inter Lake | Hagadone News Network | UPDATED 13 years, 3 months AGO
Fall semester classes at Flathead Valley Community College begin Aug. 27 but students have until 5 p.m. Aug. 31 to apply and register for classes for the fall semester.
The college also offers a number of short and late-starting classes this fall. Students can register for those classes after Aug. 31.
To register, degree-seeking students need a complete admissions file that includes an application, high school transcripts, any college transcripts and proof of two measles, mumps and rubella immunizations.
People may complete an application on the college website at no cost or fill out a paper application for $15.
Degree-seeking students must take the COMPASS placement test and meet with an advisor prior to registering for courses. Non-degree seeking students have different admissions requirements.
The college website has the schedule of fall semester credit classes at www.fvcc.edu.
For application and registration assistance, visit the Admissions and Registration Office in Blake Hall from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday or call 756-3848.
