JV splits games with Stillwater

The Columbia Falls junior varsity basketball teams split the bill with the Stillwater Christian School on Dec.1. The boys won 51-44 but the girls lost 59-36.
Ty Morgan led the Wildcats with 15 points in the boys game. Nakia Alexander had nine. The boys had a 23-19 lead at the half.
On the girls side, Ellie Johnson had 13 points to pace the Wildkats, who had a tough time getting on the board — the Kats had just 10 points in the first half. The Kats had a better second half, scoring 26.
