Shirley married Richard Stanley Jost in 1951. Richard and Shirley had 10 children. During this time she was a stay-at-home mom, where she dedicated herself to her husband and children. Words can’t describe how wonderful of a mother she was. Sadly Richard passed away in 1987.

In 2002, Shirley married Melvin Winebarger. For 10 years they enjoyed spending time with family and friends, winters in Arizona, attending jazz fests, wine time and taking walks.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Richard; two brothers, Duane and Gene; sons-in-law, Mike Douglas and Rick Blizzard; two granddaughters and one grandson.

Shirley lived passionately as a wife, mother, sister and grandmother. Her best days were those surrounded by family and friends. She loved life and brought happiness to those around her. She touched our hearts and will forever be loved and missed.
