Free Christmas dinners planned

The Knights of Columbus Council No. 15304 is offering a free Christmas dinner from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 29.
It will be at Treinen Hall in Rathdrum, corner of McCarthy and Second behind St. Stanislaus church.
The menu includes turkey with all the trimmings and some desserts.

At least two free Christmas day dinners are planned in Kootenai County.
The Athol Christmas dinner is scheduled 1-5 p.m. at the Athol Community Center next to the library.
KC's Breakfast Club in Post Falls, 740 Cecil Road, is offering a free dinner and gifts for children from 10 a.m. to 3 or 4 p.m., when the food runs out.
