Chris Holt leads the Working Women of Whitefish during a Whitefish Winter Carnival Parade. The flamboyant group of about 18 women is celebrating its 20th year of crowd-pleasing choreography and zany costumes. The costume choice for Saturday’s parade is a closely guarded secret.

David Sobba
David Sobba, shown in 2006, was an ardent supporter of the Ride Around the Pioneers in One Day, or RATPOD, a fundraiser for Camp Mak-A-Dream. Sobba died of cancer in January, and now his family and friends have formed Team Sobba to continue his legacy of raising money for the camp that offers cost-free programs for cancer patients. Many of SobbaÕs family and friends will participate in RATPOD.
