Lillian A. Cain was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Jan. 28, 2012, at the Hospice House of North Idaho. She was born Oct. 23, 1935, in Hamilton, Mont., to Ernest P. White and Lucille (Simmons) Waldron.

She lived in Hamilton and St. Regis, Mont., before moving to Coeur d'Alene in 1957. She then moved to Wenatchee, Wash., in 1978, returning to Coeur d'Alene in 1999. She married Lyle Cain in 1958. She was preceded in death by her sister, Janice Trevaskis and her brother, Donald White.

Lillian is survived by her loving husband, Lyle Cain and five children, Gary (Margy) Cain of Coeur d'Alene, Ron (Diane) Cain of Milton, Wash., Connie (John) King of Spokane Valley, Carla Bennett of Post Falls and Kevin (Julie) Cain of Ravensdale, Wash.

She was a wonderful wife and an amazing mother. She has 14 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren with another on the way.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012, at the Fellowship Bible Church, 1220 N. Idaho Road, Post Falls.

English Funeral Chapel, Coeur d'Alene, has been entrusted with Lillian's final arrangements.
