SPOKANE - A 38-year-old Coeur d'Alene woman was among two people injured during a three-vehicle accident on westbound Interstate 90 near the Division Street exit on Thursday morning.

Another injured person, Mark A. Burbridge, 49, of Greenacres, who was driving a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria, was also transported to Sacred Heart.
According to Washington State Patrol, all three vehicles involved were westbound. The Civic crossed a lane divider and struck the Ford, which then struck a jersey barrier and hit a 2011 Freightliner semi driven by Brandon P. Yahne, 22, Lacey, Wash.
Yahne was uninjured. All three involved were wearing their seat belts.
An investigation continues.
ISP: Found pistol incident taken 'very seriously'
Idaho State Police on Thursday said it is taking the case of an ISP-issued pistol that was found on Tuesday night by a Post Falls man in the drive through of the Post Falls Del Taco "very seriously."
The loaded pistol was given to Post Falls Police, which turned it over to ISP. ISP is treating the case as a personnel matter.
In response to a Press inquiry asking whether any information will be released after the investigation and whether the employee is currently on paid or unpaid administrative leave, ISP Capt. Curtis Kastens issued the following statement:
"The Idaho State Police takes this incident very seriously and will take whatever steps necessary to correct any issues coming out of the internal investigation."
