Harry John Budd, 74, passed away on Feb. 6, 2012, losing his battle with cancer. Born in Lynn, Mass., in 1937 to John and Regina (Hammil) Budd.
He leaves behind his wife of 54 years, Mary at home; his brother, John; his son, Dan (Cindy) Budd; his two daughters, Sherry Urbat and Sandy (Randy) Franklin; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Harry's family moved from Los Angeles to Lancaster, Calif., in 1950 where he attended high school. He joined the Navy in 1954. Harry soon married his high school sweetheart, Mary, in 1957. They raised their family in Quartz Hill, Calif.
After leaving the Navy he went to work for his father and soon became the owner of Top Quality Construction and later Jim's Radiator Shop.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a sister as well as his grandson, Joey.
Harry will be cremated and a gathering will be held at Harry's home.
