SANDPOINT - This year's Sandpoint Winter Carnival will be Feb. 17-26 to include Presidents Day, making it a 10-day event. Your favorite activities will continue to be featured along with some new ones.

Kicking off the event will be the ski joring registration party at Laughing Dog Brewery at 4 today. If you haven't seen the Bio Luminesce Fire Dancers at Pend Oreille Winery yet, you can catch the show at 6:30 tonight.

Shop Around Sandpoint and Dine Around Sandpoint are in the works for prizes.
