    Notice is hereby given that at the request of the applicant, Grant County has postponed until further notice a public hearing for the following project:  A request for a Variance received on September 26, 2011 from Don & Deborah Sciascia, 212 Pear Pl. So., Desert Aire, WA  99349 (206) 390-5866.  PROJECT:  The applicant is seeking a Variance to the 20' front yard setback as defined in GCC 23.12, Table 3, in order to allow the construction of a 24 ft x 24 ft garage with a 14 1/2 ft. front setback in the Rural Village Residential - 1 zoning district of Grant County.  LOCATION:  The project site is located at 2l2 Pear Pl.
