Barbara Ann Bohn was born in Milwaukee, WI on February 22, 1936, and was called home to Our Lord on February 19, 2012 at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee after a brief illness.

Barbara and her beloved husband Ron were members of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Moses Lake, where she had served as choir director and accompanist for over 14 years. She was a talented and dedicated church musician who also served as the leader of the prayer chain ministry for her parish, regularly sharing prayer requests with other parishioners. Barbara was passionate about the sanctity of life, serving for many years as a volunteer at First Way (now Crossroads Resource Center) of Moses Lake, a pregnancy support organization. She loved playing the piano, sewing, crocheting, and playing bridge, and she was Ron's regular fishing partner. However, her favorite hobby was following the activities of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Barbara followed with great affection and interest every milestone in her extended family, from first steps to high academic and sporting accomplishments.

After attending St. Mary's Nursing School, Barbara married Ron Bohn in Milwaukee WI on August 20, 1955. They lived in Oak Creek WI and southern California before settling in Bellevue, WA in 1968. After Ron retired in 1988, they moved to Moses Lake. Through every move and change in her life, Barbara was clearly grounded in two things: her great faith in God and her deep and abiding love for her husband Ron. She expressed that love openly and proudly all through her life, right to the end.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents Katherine and Joseph Kellogg, and a daughter, Karen. She is survived by her husband Ron, her children Cathy O'Connor (Dick), Olympia; Donald Bohn, Monroe; Susan Velotta (Paul), Fall City; Joanne Wegener, Redmond; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church on Thursday, February 23rd at 11:00 a.m. with Holy Rosary prayed at 10:30 a.m. Please sign the online guestbook or leave a note for the family at www.kayserschapel.com Arrangements are in care of Kayser's Chapel & Crematory. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Crossroads Resource Center, 1555 S. Pilgrim St., Moses Lake, WA 98837
