Judge files for re-election

District Judge Ted Lympus has filed for re-election to the Department 1 District 11 judge’s seat.

Lympus is the only Flathead district judge seeking re-election this year.

Judges Kitty Curtis and Stewart Stadler are not running for re-election, while District Judge David Ortley’s seat is not up for re-election.

Separately, two more Whitefish residents have filed for election to the Montana House of Representatives.

Rollan Roberts II filed as a Republican for the House District 4 seat.

Brittany MacLean filed as a Democrat for the House District 8 spot.

The filing period closes March 12.
