Elks Hoop Shoot winner Ryggs Johnston advances to the next level after his win at the State Contest in Livingston, Mont., on Feb. 4. Johnston will head to Regionals in Rapid City, S.D. on March 3. Jay Beagle, also of Libby, competed at State but he will not advance to Regionals. Past champs include Hannah England, Jared Winslow and Jackie Mee.
