Judy was born in Iowa in 1942. Passed away in Muskogee, Okla., after a sudden illness.
She moved to Bakersfield, Calif., with her parents and sister in her early childhood. After graduating for North High School she married Ronnie Billington. They were married for 50 years before Ronnie’s passing in 2011.
Judy is survived by five children: daughters, Laura and Randy Ellis of Warner, Okla., and Sandi Rickson of Warner; and sons, Scottie and Cheryl Billington of Bakersfield, Richard Billington of Warner and Michael Billington of Coeur d’Alene. Also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; one sister, Maxine and Harold Olinger; and several nieces and nephew.
She retired from Coldwater Creek in Coeur d’Alene and moved with her husband to Warner in 2008. Judy loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She donated her body to the OU Medical Center for Research and Education.
