Bridges, a senior from Lake City High, went 7 for 14 at the plate with four RBIs and six runs scored for the Warriors (13-3, 3-1 NAIA West) in a four-game series at Atherton, Calif., against Menlo College. Bridges leads the team in hitting with a .410 average with 25 hits and team-high 23 runs scored.

Ross, a redshirt sophomore formerly of Lake City High and North Idaho College, hit a two-run home run for the Pirates (2-8, 0-4 Northwest Conference) in a 13-2 loss to defending Division II champion Linfield on Sunday at Columbia Basin College in Pasco. Ross has started seven of the team's eight games, scoring four runs and driving in five.

Bodman, a sophomore from Post Falls High, was named to the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges all-academic team for the 2011-12 season. Bodman carries a 3.36 grade point average and transferred from North Idaho College two years ago. He's averaging 11.2 rebounds and 14.5 points per game for the Dolphins (16-9, 10-4).

Lasisi, a senior from NIC, scored 21 of his 27 points in the first half to lead the Pirates past Lewis and Clark in the Northwest Conference semifinals on Thursday in Spokane. Lasisi added 19 points and five assists in the Pirates' 86-71 win over Puget Sound in the championship game Saturday at the Whitworth Fieldhouse. Whitworth (24-3) will play McMurry University in the first round of the Division III tournament on Friday in Belton, Texas.

Katie Baker

Baker, a junior from Coeur d'Alene Charter Academy who played basketball at Lake City, scored a career-high 26 points to lead the Grizzlies past Weber State on Feb. 16 in Odgen. "Katie was certainly feeling it," Montana coach Robin Selvig said. "Katie really hurt them on the offensive boards in the first half." Baker finished with seven rebounds for Montana, now 16-11, 9-5 Big Sky.

Rhianna Grossman

Grossman, a sophomore from Lake City High, finished third in the women's 3,000-meter run in 10 minutes, 19.53 seconds at the Vandal Collegiate Meet on Feb. 19 at the Kibbie Dome in Moscow.

Latecia Howell

Carroll track and field

Howell, a freshman from Lakeland High, finished second in the 60-meter dash in 7.89 seconds for the Saints at the Vandal Meet on Feb. 19. She also ran on the school's 4x400 relay team which finished fourth in 4:02.69.
