The Swank Enterprises tower crane lowers insulation Thursday afternoon for the surgical services addition to Kalispell Regional Medical Center. Project supervisor Jeff Halsey said that, weather permitting, crews will have a roof on the building and most of the framing done by mid-February. Halsey said the mild winter has made for excellent conditions for construction so far.
