ANNIVERSARY
Tony and Pat Strasser
50th Anniversary
The Pennsylvania hick and the Indiana chick once tied the knot and never forgot.
Tony and Pat met in Phoenix, Ariz., in 1961 while Tony was in the service. They were married shortly thereafter in Phoenix on Nov. 25, 1961. Tony was sent overseas to Okinawa and when he returned they moved to Walnut, Calif., and started their family of three children. They lived in Southern California for 17 years and then moved with their family to Coeur d'Alene in 1979.

They now enjoy retirement and spend their time playing cards, visiting with friends, going out to eat and traveling to California to visit their children and grandchildren and occasionally to Las Vegas, Nev.
The 50th wedding celebration was held at a party in late November in Liberty Lake, Wash., hosted by their children, Dave Strasser of Liberty Lake, Mike Strasser of Marina, Calif., and Debbie Stephens of Auburn, Calif. They have four grandchildren, Summer, Mariah, Hannah and Anton. The celebration was attended by many friends and family.
