DAWSON CREEK, British Columbia - Shawn Pauly (Bellingham, Wash.) scored a pair of second-period power play goals and Greg Lewis (Mars, Pa.) stopped all 19 shots he faced to lead the Wenatchee Wild to a 4-0 win Saturday against the Dawson Creek Rage.

The win was the Wild's second straight over the Rage in as many days.

Defenseman Kyle Huson (Parker, Colo.) scored his first goal of the season 76 seconds into the contest to give the Wild an early lead. Huson scored from just above the near faceoff dot on a wrist shot after he stepped up from his point position and received a crisp pass from Kyle Vogel (Richland, Wash.), who was positioned behind the end line.

Wenatchee broke out for three goals in the second period. Chris Kerr (Penticton, British Columbia) scored the first of those markers 2:01 into the stanza when he jammed in a rebound from the side of cage. Pauly and Max McHugh (Edgewood, Wash.) assisted.

Pauly went on to score two man-advantage goals near the middle of the second frame to put Wenatchee up, 4-0.

Pauly's first power play marker came with 10:35 remaining in the second when he cleaned up a rebound from the right side of the cage off of a shot from the point. Sam Johnson (Dallas, Texas) and Kerr assisted.

Pauly's second power play goal was scored with 8:34 left in the second period.

He entered the offensive zone down the left wing after he received a pass from McHugh at the blue line. Pauly got behind a defender on the rush and took the puck to the net.

He lit the lamp on a backhander that he tucked into the far side of the cage.

Lewis made 19 saves to earn his seventh win and fourth shutout of the 2011-12 season. Edward Dyson suffered the loss after he gave up four goals on 34 shots through 40 minutes of work.

Paul Bourbeau made 11 saves on 11 shots for the Rage in the third period. Wenatchee scored two power play goals on 15 chances while Dawson Creek went 0-for-5 on its power play chances.

Pauly led the Wild with two power play goals and an assist (3 points). Kerr scored a goal and an assist (2 points) while McHugh recorded two assists.

The Wild (19-10-4) will try to sweep this weekend's 3-game series from the Rage (8-27-2) Sunday. Faceoff is set for 2 p.m. (PST).
