NAPA moves down the street
Matt Naber/Bigfork Eagle | Hagadone News Network | UPDATED 13 years, 1 month AGO
Bigfork's NAPA auto parts store is moving just down the street from its current location at 7915 Hwy 35 to 7515 Hwy 35 and will be closed Jan. 23 until the 30th. The new location will have improved parking, truck access, freight security, highway access and more room.
“It's a bigger building, configured differently so customers can more easily find what they need,” NAPA's bookkeeper Liz Kinkade said. “We currently have a lot of inventory back here (behind the counter) that they can't see.”
The other side of NAPA's new building used to be Los Caporale's and there is a possibility it could be turned into some kind of café in the future.
“Anything that can increase traffic,” Kinkade said. “With the c-store and gas there, it could be a one stop shop; we all like that sort of thing.”
As of Jan. 20, NAPA does not plan on having a grand re-opening on Jan. 30, Kinkade said anything like that would have to wait until everything was complete at the new location.
“We hope people come visit us once we re-open over there anyway,” Kinkade said.
