MOSES LAKE - An escaped felon out of Colorado was arrested in Moses Lake after police received an anonymous tip.

Robert A. Glaesman, 25, Grand Junction, Colo., was located by Moses Lake Police Friday night where he was hiding in a residence on Airway Drive, according to a police report.

Glaesman was reportedly arrested without incident on a fugitive warrant for escaping from a detention facility and a local warrant for providing false information to a law enforcement officer. His original charge was for methamphetamine possession and forgery, according to Moses Lake Capt. Dave Ruffin.

"At this point we don't believe that the residence owner knew the suspect's true identity," Ruffin said Wednesday. "It doesn't appear that there will be further charges."

Local authorities will now seek extradition for Glaesman and Ruffin said transportation is typically arranged through the Department of Corrections and the agency wanting the prisoner back.
