Series of weekend car thefts

Coeur d'Alene Police Detectives are investigating a series of auto thefts that occurred this past weekend. Four separate vehicles were taken from residential areas sometime overnight Saturday into early Sunday morning.

Vehicles stolen:

White, 2 door, 1989 Acura Integra, ID plates K4664127

vehicle has a 6-inch dent in the rear driver's side quarter panel. It was taken from the 2000 block of Goldleaf Lane;

Dark green, 1995 Honda Prelude with tinted windows, ID plates K492831,

taken from 1300 block of Indiana Avenue. This vehicle was recovered by Spokane County Sheriff after being located abandoned at a business in Greenacres, Wash;

White, 2 door, 1990 Acura Legend, ID plates 7BG7916,

has a University of Idaho decal in front windshield and a large Acura symbol in the rear window. Taken from the 300 block of Lakeside Avene;

Teal, 1991 Honda Accord with tinted windows, ID plates K472960,

taken from the 500 block of Lakeside Avenue;

All of the vehicles were locked, and the owners had the keys their possession.
