Grant County has issued a Determination of Non-Significance
(DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter
197-11) for the following project
Grant County has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: To remove three existing temporary buildings (Modular Offices), consolidate lab procedures in one remodeled location, and build a new 5,200 sq. ft. office building (4,800 sq. ft. footprint). The applicant is also proposing a 20,000 sq. ft. food grade plant in the near future. The project site is located on Rd. R SE approximately five miles east of Moses Lake. Located in S. 01, T. 18 N., R. 29 E.,W.M., Grant County WA. (Parcel #18-0058-000) After a review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the Planning Department, Grant County has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment as conditioned.
