LEWISTON - Darnell Metcalf had two doubles and four RBIs in an 11-3 win in the first game for Prairie, but the Cardinals stranded 12 runners to drop the the second game to the Lewis-Clark Twins 5-4 and split a "AA" North Idaho League doubleheader at Harris Field on Tuesday.

Joe Schwalbach pitched five shutout innings in the first game for Prairie (16-14, 6-6 NIL), which faces Seattle Select on Thursday at 6 p.m. in the Seattle tournament at Mount Si High in Snoqualmie, Wash.
