Justin StormoGipson has once again regurgitated the liberal talking points about BHO’s multibillion dollar TAX! He has attacked Congressman Labrador because of his position on the forced tax aka, Obamacare. I think he suffers from a severe cataract problem because he cannot see the forest through the trees! He has apparently kept his Oakland, Calif., mind-set similar to that of the OWS crowd.

StormoGipson’s comparison of cellphones to his ophthalmology business is like comparing apples and oranges. When he went through medical school, he knew he had to take an oath to care for everyone no matter what their financial status. I don’t think a cellphone sales person has that same obligation!

So, Justin, let me make it simple for you to understand! I was disappointed in Justice Roberts’s opinion, but in reading his opinion, Roberts has forced everyone to deal with the issue as political, not as a legal issue. Roberts has curtailed the commerce clause as an avenue for Congressional overreach. In doing so, he has affirmed the Democrats as massive taxers.

This opinion may actually prevent future mandates because who in the Demo party is going to go around campaigning on new massive tax increases, except maybe Obama and Pelosi! In forcing us to deal with this politically, the Democrats are going to have a difficult time running in November claiming the American people need to vote for them to preserve Obamacare. Obamacare is very unpopular with the American people. More than 60 percent do not want this and the ones that do want it are already on the government bankroll!

Justice Roberts NEVER upheld the constitutionality of Obamacare, he called it what it is, a TAX! I think that Justice Roberts just handed the White House to Mitt Romney!
