SPOKANE - Global superstar Kelly Clarkson and Grammy Nominated The Fray join forces for the fourth show of the 2012 Pepsi Outdoor Summer Concert lineup at Northern Quest Resort & Casino on Sunday, July 22.

Since bursting onto the music scene a decade ago, Kelly Clarkson's musical career is defined by great achievements. She has released five studio albums, sold more than 20 million albums worldwide, 10 million albums in the U.S. and has had 10 singles in the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart.

She is also the recipient of two Grammy Awards, four American Music Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards, two Academy of Country Music Awards, one Country Music Association Award and 12 Billboard Music Awards.

Touring alongside Clarkson is The Fray, a Denver-based Grammy Nominated band whose lead instrument is a piano. The Fray garnered worldwide acclaim in 2005 with the debut of their album "How to Save a Life." Formed in 2002, The Fray consists of schoolmates Isaac Slade (pianist/vocalist), Joe King (guitarist/vocalist), Dave Welsh (guitarist) and Ben Wysocki (drums). Hot off the recent release of their third album, Scars and Stories, The Fray have gained renewed success with a more aggressive musical style.

Also joining Clarkson and The Fray at Northern Quest is Carolina Liar. Carolina Liar is a Los Angeles-based band playing modern alternative rock. Their sound has blanketed both radio and television, generating nationwide airplay and appearing in shows including "The Vampire Diaries," "American Idol," "Gossip Girl" and "The Hills."

All 2012 Pepsi Outdoor Summer Concerts are held on the Outdoor Stage at Northern Quest. This beautiful outdoor venue boasts more than 11,000 square feet of outdoor space which can hold more than 5,000 people and is complete with beverage and food vendors to accommodate guests.
