Rendezvous: Taking a trip back to the 19th century
Ryan Murray | Hagadone News Network | UPDATED 12 years, 8 months AGO
Every year, scores of folks step into a time machine at the Fawn Creek Campground along the Fisher River, heading back to a period between 1820 and 1840.

Blackpowder shooting, archery, tomahawk- and knife-throwing were all events to keep guests in the thick of things.
Charlotte Morain, secretary-treasurer of the Kootenai Muzzleloaders, the event’s sponsor, said there were 65 contestants.
