Arrest made in grass fire spree

POST FALLS - One person was arrested following a string of grass fires set in a Post Falls park on Tuesday.
Crews from Kootenai County Fire and Rescue and the Idaho Department of Lands were dispatched for a grass fire at the Ross Point Baptist campground about 3:30 p.m.
While en route, more 911 calls were received for different fires in the adjacent Kiwanis Park.
Ten small fires were found, and all were quickly extinguished.
According to a press release, Jordan Payne was arrested in connection with the fires.
