Ryan W. Hanks, 31, Coeur d'Alene: One year six months determinate penitentiary time and one year six months indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $270.50 in fines, $100 restitution and three years probation for driving under the influence.

Lori M. Wilkinson, 48, Coeur d'Alene: Two years determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time with credit for time served, $1,285.50 in fines, driver's license suspended for one year and two years probation for driving under the influence.

Robert P. Angell, 41, Coeur d'Alene: Four years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended, $815.50 in fines and two years probation for three counts of possession of a controlled substance.
