Notice is hereby given that a Site Plan Review application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on May 1, 2012, from J & K Recycling, LLC (Designated Contact: Harold J. Moberg, PO Box N, 611 East Riviera Avenue, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-765-1699) were found to be technically complete on May 25, 2012.

Notice is hereby given that a Site Plan Review application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on May 1, 2012, from J & K Recycling, LLC (Designated Contact: Harold J. Moberg, PO Box N, 611 East Riviera Avenue, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-765-1699) were found to be technically complete on May 25, 2012. PROJECT: This proposal will enable the operation of an Automotive Wrecking & Salvage Yard and Recycling Center on a 4.56-acre parcel in the Urban Heavy Industrial zoning district of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject parcel is known as Lot 1 of the Walker Industrial Short Plat, Replat No. 1. The site address of the subject parcel is 13624 N. Frontage Rd. East. It is located approximately 11/2 miles east of Moses Lake, WA, and approximately 1,800 feet west of the intersection of Interstate 90 and Road N NE, and in the NE quarter of Section 32, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #31-2143-000). CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Office hours: 8 am-12 noon, 1-5 pm, M-F. Comments must be submitted to the Planning Department no later than 5 pm, June 20, 2012. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
