10:29 a.m.: Damages of $100 were reportedly done to the door of a business located in the 100 block of East Miles Avenue in Hayden. Hand and power tools valued at about $3,000 were reported stolen from the shop building.

Steven R. Ison, 30, Bismark, N. D.: 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended and credit for time served, $800 in fines, $8,323.36 restitution, driver's license suspended for 180 days and two years probation for driving under the influence, battery, two counts of striking fixtures on the highway, two counts of malicious injury to property and two counts of driving without privileges.
