Many people may think of physical therapy as a treatment that is for adults, but this isn't true. Infants, children and adolescents also may benefit from physical therapy treatment. Physical therapy is designed to help improve movement or recover from an injury or condition, children also experience pain and injury which can be treated with a non evasive form of treatment that not only help their condition, but may help prevent future injuries as well.

At Pinnacle Physical Therapy our approach to pediatric physical therapy is one in which the patient, parents and physicians all focus on the treatment that will benefit the patient. That's what makes our physical therapists so effective at helping children, adolescents and young adults achieve optimal results and enable functioning at home, school and in the community.

Physical therapy can help children with neuromuscular conditions, orthopaedic disorders, sports injuries, decreased mobility as well as other conditions. These injuries or conditions do not have to result in permanent injury. Physical therapy can be used to not just treat the current affect of the condition, but resolve the issue so that your child can go on living pain free and possibly prevent future injury from occurring.

We have a caring staff of therapists that specialize in the treatment of infants, children and adolescents.

Treatments used may include rehabilitation exercises, stretching, strengthening, heat, ice and ultrasound, and patient/parent education. Every treatment is tailored to fit the individual needs of the patient.

At Pinnacle Physical Therapy we want to do all we can to help you and your child and make obtaining treatment as easy as possible, therefore we accept all forms of insurance including Medicare. We offer extended business hours to work with you and your busy schedule and have two convenient locations. Don't wait any longer, treatment is available!
