COEUR d'ALENE - Filmmaker Serena Belsby will be the guest speaker at the kNIFVES (Northwest Independent Film & Video Entertainment Society) general meeting and lunch on Thursday, June 14 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Seasons of Coeur d'Alene, 209 Lakeside Ave.

There will be a preview of Belsby's feature film "The Merry Graingers" scheduled for release at the end of the year.

Details will be announced of upcoming kNIFVES events and the latest news regionally and nationally regarding film and media. There will also be the opportunity for networking.

The meeting is free to first-time visitors and members.
