The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information leading to the apprehension of Octavia Dorcia Oster.
Oster, 38, is being sought based on a Kootenai County felony warrant charging Oster with two counts of burglary, and unauthorized use and forgery of a credit card. This is a $50,000 bond warrant with United States extradition.
Oster is a white female, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 140 pounds with green eyes and brown hair. Oster was last known to be living in Spokane Valley, but is known to frequent Coeur d’Alene and Kootenai County.
